Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Kali Rugs purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the same packaging that you received it.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at support@kalirugs.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back to our facility in Panipat.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item in a different size (subject to availability), please contact our support team.
5. Custom Orders
Please note that custom-sized or bespoke orders are made specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged.
