We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, since many of our rugs are handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These are characteristics of artisanal products and not defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be made in full before orders are processed for shipping.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. While we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, delivery times may vary based on your location and external courier factors.
